Tell us a little bit about yourself!
I’m 44 years old. I am married and a dog mama to 2 puppies. I am a family law attorney. My husband and I love to travel.
What did your life look like before Stronger U?
My diet was atrocious. I ate our constantly. It was nothing to down a pint of ice cream a night in addition to eating sweets throughout my day. It is funny because you don’t realize how big you are getting until you’re there. I felt horrible. My knees hurt going up and down stairs. My feet hurt every morning when I got out of bed. I was overweight as a child. In high school, I started working out and being more conscious of what I ate. In college and grad school I did the same. When I started working full time and made less time for me, I gained a lot.
What does your life look like now?
I am definitely more conscious about what I eat. I can feel the difference in how my body handles a healthy lifestyle v. a very unhealthy one. I have had my ups and downs with maintaining. I think that is life and especially with my career. The most important thing is that I recognize that and I recognize when I need to get back to being consistent.
