Low Carb Cheeseburger Skillet

The elements of a cheeseburger without the bun! Seasoned ground beef, crumbled into savory, bite-sized pieces layered with cheese and zucchini, make this a delicious low-carb alternative to a traditional cheeseburger. This easy to prep and quick to cook one-pan dish is a great make-ahead meal that’s convenient to store and reheat. This can also serve as a good high-protein option for a busy weeknight family meal.
