Low-Carb Beef Pizza
Makes 2 Pizzas

Ingredients
- 2 Joseph’s pitas
- 6 oz (cooked weight) 93/7 ground beef
- 2 tbsp (30g) light alfredo
- 2 tbsp (30g) marinara
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c (56g) shredded cheddar
- Onion and peppers, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. (Cook 1 pound and save the rest for later. Or make more pizzas!)
- Mix the alfredo, marinara, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl before adding to the pitas.
- Add 1/4 C cheddar to each pita and top with ground beef (3 oz per pita) and sliced veggies. If you’re using frozen veggies, fully thaw beforehand or microwave with 1-2 tbsp water for 3-4 minutes and squeeze dry with paper towels before adding.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the veggies are cooked as you’d like.
