Tell us a little bit about yourself!
I’m almost 40, mom of two. I own a small business with my husband. My hobbies include boating, cooking and traveling. I love to make craft cocktails and read on the porch with my cat.
What did your life look like before Stronger U?
I spent lots of money on fad diet programs- eating out of colored containers, tried keto drink mixes but never counted macros.
What does your life look like now?
I enjoy cooking macros focused meals, planning out meals and snacks a few days at a time. I lift regularly and don’t stress about cardio.
Where did you hear about Stronger U?
A friend had success and suggested I try it.
Why do you think Stronger U worked so well for you compared to other programs or diets?
The flexibility to eat what I wanted- within moderation. I never feel restricted on SU!
What was something you regularly ate while on Stronger U that people wouldn’t expect you to eat on a diet?
Bacon and eggs for breakfast and frozen yogurt every night for desert!
How much weight did you lose with Stronger U?
How many inches did you lose off your waist?
Did you have any favorite non-scale victories to share?
Sleep has greatly improved, no more night sweats.
Has Stronger U improved your overall quality of life?
It’s made me a more mindful person. I have to think far more intelligently about all of my life choices – not just what I eat. Am I drinking enough water? Did I go to bed early enough? Have I moved enough today?
If someone is thinking about joining Stronger U, what advice would you give them before beginning their journey?
Be prepared to change your daily habits. And to be accountable. So much gets lost in our “well later I will,” or “oh, just one piece!” And that’s really where the damage happens. And buy a good scale.

Angi Williams has been such a strong supporter of my goals! She’s also been very frank (she doesn’t ALWAYS check my MFP but I know when she calls me out!) about the self sabotaging habits! I really love how we approach each week with just 7 days of 1% better changes. She’s such a positive person and I really appreciate her mentorship and friendship!
