How Brian Achieved 11% Fat Loss and Finally Reached His Body Composition Goals

Well, you’re not alone. Many of us have been there, and well, it’s not fun! In fact, Stronger U member, Brian had a similarly frustrating experience before joining our program. For years, he felt stuck in a cycle of rigorous exercise and eating foods he thought were healthy but never lost weight. And if he did lose weight, he quickly gained it back.

That feels pretty defeating, right? The. Worst.

Thankfully, a friend’s recommendation to research Stronger U became the turning point he needed.

It wasn’t smooth sailing right away, though. Brian initially struggled with the unknown and the uncertainty of when he would see results. But that’s not all. Brian experienced so many positive victories beyond what’s reflected in the mirror. He found joy in fitting into clothes better, confidently taking his shirt off at the gym, and receiving compliments from others. He also maintained his strength in lifts even as he lost weight. His body composition transformation boosted his confidence, self-esteem, and overall happiness, positively impacting his relationships. The support from those close to him played a crucial role in his success, and Brian hopes they understand the significant impact they’ve had on his journey.

Joining Stronger U strengthened Brian’s belief in the importance of what we consume for physical appearance, performance, and overall well-being. He can now discern how he feels based on his dietary choices. The valuable knowledge he has gained about nutrition has helped him significantly improve his relationship with food. He enjoys foods previously deemed “off-limits” and understands how to balance his diet without feeling overly restricted.

Brian’s advice for those considering Stronger U is to set two goals: a realistic short-term goal and a dream long-term goal. Hitting the short-term goals makes the wait for the long-term goal more manageable. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but habits can. “Stack days together,” he says. “Have a good day, followed by another one, and the results will come. Trust yourself and the process, be patient, and know that the daily wins are tough, but the weekly and monthly wins will start to show themselves and make it easier.”
