Dry Rubbed Chicken Wings with Yogurt Ranch

INGREDIENTS:
- 2lb (908g) chicken wings
- 2 tbsp (26g) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (12g) coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Optional: ½ tsp cayenne powder
Yogurt Ranch:
- ½ cup (123g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (15g) lemon juice
- 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dill, dried
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 1 tsp chives, dried
- ½ tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a baking tray with tin foil,and place a wire rack on top.
- Dry the wings using paper towels. Toss with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine coconut sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the wings and toss to coat.
- Place wings on the wire rack in an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Broil on low for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While cooking, make the ranch: combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, chives, and salt.
- Serve wings with yogurt dipping sauce.
