CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
Makes 2 Pizzas

Ingredients:
- Joseph’s Pita Bread x 2
- 6 oz (cooked weight) 93/7 Ground Beef
- 1/4 C (68g) Reduced Sugar Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp (30g) Mustard
- 1/2 C (56g) Shredded Cheddar
- 8-10 Pickle Slices
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. (Cook 1 pound and save the rest for later. Or make more pizzas!)
3. Mix the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl before adding to the pitas.
4. Add 1/4 c cheddar to each pita and top with ground beef (3 oz per pita) and pickles.
5. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
