Before joining Stronger U, Bitsy had tried everything from Jenny Craig to Weight Watchers to lose weight. She was introduced to Stronger U through recommendations and transformations that she was seeing in her Peloton Facebook groups. Bitsy made the leap of faith, put in the work, and proved to herself and those around her that losing weight doesn’t have to mean depriving yourself of your favorite foods.
With the support and guidance of her Stronger U coach, Jeannie Ainalakis, Bitsy has lost a total of 54 pounds, 14 inches off her waist, and has regained control over food.
