Skip the overpriced, store-bought sugary coffee for this DIY protein and fiber-packed frappe that will cool you down this spring and summer! This is a healthier and budget-friendly way to get your caffeine and protein boost in one fell swoop. The trick to this low carb creamy blended drink? Frozen cauliflower!

  • Calories: 204

  • Protein: 31.3g

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (66g) frozen cauliflower
  • ¼ (30g) banana, frozen
  • ½ cup (120ml) strong coffee
  • ½ cup (120ml) skim milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) sugar free protein powder, vanilla
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp (18g) sugar free chocolate syrup
  • Optional: ½ tsp stevia

Directions:

  1. Combine the cauliflower, banana, coffee and milk (and optional stevia) in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a glass and pour in the frappe.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
