Ingredients:
- ½ cup (66g) frozen cauliflower
- ¼ (30g) banana, frozen
- ½ cup (120ml) strong coffee
- ½ cup (120ml) skim milk
- 1 scoop (30g) sugar free protein powder, vanilla
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp (18g) sugar free chocolate syrup
- Optional: ½ tsp stevia
Directions:
- Combine the cauliflower, banana, coffee and milk (and optional stevia) in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup in a glass and pour in the frappe.
- Enjoy immediately.
