Ingredients
- 12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil
- 1/4 C (30g) Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel before tossing with the olive oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a small bowl and add to the olive-oil coated chicken.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400ºF or until the nuggets reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
