There’s just something about chicken nuggets that makes them more fun to eat. Add in a punch of flavor, and you’ve got yourself a winning combination. Hence, why we love these Garlic Parmesan Nuggets (and you will, too!) Coated in a savory mix of parmesan, garlic, and herbs, these air-fried chicken nuggets are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bringing a new level of deliciousness to your meal rotation. With only 205 calories per serving and packed with 29 grams of protein, they’re a nutritious, high-protein option that can double as a snack or quick meal.  

Garlic Parmesan Nuggets 

Makes: 4 Servings 
Per serving: 205 CALS | 29P | 2C | 8F 

Ingredients  

  • 12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips  
  • 1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil  
  • 1/4 C (30g) Grated Parmesan  
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder  
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes  
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano  
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes  
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt 

Directions  

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel before tossing with the olive oil.  
  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a small bowl and add to the olive-oil coated chicken.  
  1. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400ºF or until the nuggets reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. 

For a dipping sauce, try Calabrian chili paste mixed with marinara or the classic ranch seasoning and fat free Greek yogurt dip.
