Coach
Your dedicated Lifestyle coach will help you maintain your results while working towards new goals.
Check-ins
Check-ins with your Lifestyle coach every four weeks. And you’ll get unlimited messaging with your coach.
Continuing education
With Stronger University, you’ll be able to access all the info you need to further your journey.
Stronger U App
Access to your health dashboard via the Daily Nutrition Assistant (DNA) app.
Is this program right for me?
Lifestyle qualification
To qualify for Lifestyle, you must complete six months of traditional Stronger U coaching
(weekly check-ins) within the last 24 months.

How is Stronger U Lifestyle different from regular coaching?
The main difference is the frequency of check-ins. Lifestyle members will check in with their new Lifestyle coach every 28 days vs. every week for traditional coaching. You can still message your coach at any time.

Is this program just for maintenance?
No, Lifestyle is not just for maintenance. This program is for a variety of goals and what you want to work on and accomplish. It can continue weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance. You’re not set to just one of these, and they can be altered as you go.

How much does this program cost?
Stronger U Lifestyle is $99 per month. You will be billed every four weeks until you choose to cancel.

Will I have my same coach?
Stronger U Lifestyle coaches are trained for this specific program, so you’ll be paired with a new coach.

Will I still track my macros?
That’s a definite maybe! Stronger U Lifestyle can be tailored to your specific goals for long-term success. For some members, that might mean tracking and weighing as usual. For other members, that could mean transitioning to less tracking and weighing and more intuitive eating.

Will I use the Stronger U app (DNA) with the Lifestyle program?
Yes! We developed new app features specific to the Lifestyle program. Whether you’re tracking a lot, a little, or not at all, we’ll have your check-in data housed in the app. You’ll also communicate with your dedicated Lifestyle coach through the app.

Can I succeed without weekly check-ins?
After completing six months of traditional SU coaching, you should have what it takes to achieve long-term success with Stronger U Lifestyle. If at any point you want to go back to weekly check-ins, notify your Lifestyle coach or our Member Experience Team and we’ll transition you back to traditional Stronger U coaching.

What if I need to switch to weekly check-ins?
We understand that weekly check-ins might be more appropriate for certain circumstances. If at any point you want to cancel your Lifestyle membership and switch back to traditional Stronger U coaching, just email info@strongeru.com with 30 days notice from your monthly renewal date and they will assist with the transition.
