OFFICIAL RULES – STRONGER U 1FOR31 SWEEPSTAKES
These Official Rules for the Stronger U 1for31 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Stronger U, LLC (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility. Void in Rhode Island. To be eligible to enter and win, you must: be a US resident (residents of Rhode Island are not eligible) over 18 years old; a Stronger U membership not required, however, you must have current Stronger U mobile application access; you must submit the online registration form on or before June 30, 2024, track 1 meal each day, every day, for the month of July 2024, submit the final event form, & submit a monthly calendar photo as directed.
Sponsorship. The sponsor is Stronger U, LLC located at 111 Weir Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125. Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Period. This Sweepstakes period (“Sweepstakes Period”) begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:01 AM CST and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST.
How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, to enter, eligible entrants must have current Stronger U mobile application access; must submit the online registration form on or before June 30, 2024, must track 1 meal each day, every day, for the entire month of July 2024, must submit the final event form, & must submit their July monthly calendar photo as directed.
Prizes. Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible Entrants. There will be three (3) total winners, with one (1) prize awarded to each winner.

Runner Up Prizes (2 Prizes):
$100 Credit for the Stronger U online store $100 USD
$100 Credit for the Stronger U online store $100 USD
Total estimated value of all prizes: $699 USD
Limit one prize per person. Prizes to be awarded in the exercise of Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. If a winner does not respond to such notification within two (2) business days and/or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, such winner will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release and/or provide other personal or tax information. Winners will have three (3) business days to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required).
The failure to comply with the foregoing requirements, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning selection of winners, as well as all other matters relating to any Sweepstakes, are final and binding.
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible, has violated a rule, or gained unfair advantage. No other form of entry is valid. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review any entry or vote for violation of the Official Rules and may, in its sole discretion, reject or otherwise exclude an entry or vote if deemed invalid or ineligible.
Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor is not, in any manner, responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the prize. Additional terms and conditions may apply and Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages.
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value.
DISCLAIMERS, CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
By entering, each entrant releases, discharges and holds harmless Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and any other party associated with the development, communication or administration of this Sweepstakes, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”), from any and all claims and liability of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in the Sweepstakes, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind, or for any computer, network, technical, electronic, human or other errors or problems of any kind, for any injury or damage to participants from participating or to any participant’s wearable fitness tracker, computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with entering.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes violates these rules, is inappropriate or offensive or is inconsistent with the intent of the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, for example, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort.
Sponsor Entities are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes and may cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes at its sole discretion without liability.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Minnesota. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Minnesota and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Minnesota. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
